Format: Two-Man Team Competition (Tournament 3 days)
Team Development:
Wednesday and Thursday your scores from each of those days will be combined to form your total score,
which will establish your position on the list. The List will consist of all players in tournament,
position 1 will be the player with the lowest total score; position 2 player with second lowest score
and so on and so on, until the highest total score is in last position.

Teams:
2-man teams will be formed by player in 1st position with player in last position (lowest total with highest total).
For example, 100 positions - Position 1 with position 100 is team (1) and so on [1-100] [2-99] [3-98] [4-97] [5-98]
etc.

Final Tournament Day- Friday:
Your score for Friday will be combined with your teammates to form a combined total, that total will
determine the winner. Lowest total score will be the winner (1st place prize).
*Players are separated in 4 different groups based on their handicap.
Your Handicap will determine the group you play in.

Tournament Rules:
The Rules of Golf issued by The USGA and R&A (effective January 2019) shall govern all play along with
any Local Rules and Terms of Competition adopted by the Committee. The player is responsible for
knowing and applying the Rules and Terms of Competition for themselves. If there are uncertainties or
debates on the course during the competition, a player may complete the hole with two balls without
penalty, until a ruling can be made by the Tournament committee after the round; but the player may not
delay play.

After the Round:
Proceed immediately to the scoring table (BEFORE YOU GO TO THE CAR), verify scores hole by hole,
and sign scorecard. A player should raise any rules issues with the Committee before signing his or her
scorecard.
Senior's - must decide which tee box they decide to play from, before Wednesday Tee Off.

LATENESS FOR TEE TIME* - double the par. for each hole missed
Once you arrive you will be driven to the hole your group is on.

*PROVISIONAL BALL* - if you think your ball may be lost after a shot you have the
OPTION to play a provisional ball at that time, no going back to hit another ball.

*LOST BALL* - when you get to where you think your ball is you have *3 MINUTES* to
find it. If not found within *3 MINUTES* play your provisional ball (if you hit one) if not
take a drop with the proper penalty stokes.

*PLAYING THE BALL DOWN* - no rolling or moving of the ball, play it as it lies unless
warranted by USGA rules (example: cart path, sprinkler head, water fountain, etc.). In
the event a ball has to be moved call over one person from the group to avoid any confusion.

*SAND TRAPS* - all sand traps are lift, clean and place in the exact spot the ball was in.
*NO GIVE ME'S* - all balls must be putted into the hole.
*SCORING* -  SCORING* - The Golf Software app will be available for electronic scoring. Instructions for installation and use are available on our website. However, the (2) matching paper scorecards are the official score. Maximum score of double the par on every hole. Examples if a player is on a par 3 and misses the 5th shot pick the ball up put 6 on the scorecard, on a par 4 and misses the 7th shot pickup and write a 8, and on a par 5 and misses the 9th shot pick up and write an 10.
Tie Score -we will go the number 1 handicap hole see who won that hole If no winners, then we go to 2 hole etc. , until we establish a winner.  

*SCORECARD* - we need your first initial and last name on all scorecards. Enter the
NUMBER ONLY each player has on all 18 holes do not enter +1, +2, or how many putts a player had. *
WRITE LEGIBLE SO WE CAN READ IT* Circle EAGLES & BIRDIES only!
After the round compare both scorecards to be exactly the same. It is the responsibility of all players to verify
their score on each hole and the total score is accurate on both scorecards then initial one of them. If a player
doesn't initial the scorecard it will be accepted but the player will have to live with any mistakes made.
In the event 2 score cards have different scores we will go the higher score, example hole 5 card 1 score is (3)
card 2 score is (4) score we will put in is (4)

*BRACKET BUSTER (RE-FLIGHTING)* - The Tournament Committee reserves the right to re-flight a Playerdue to exceptional play. Players with no active USGA GHIN# or current, verifiable handicap, who outperform their assigned flight handicap, may be subject to re-flighting at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. In addition, the Committee may take additional measures to protect the field if necessary. 
*CLOSEST TO THE PIN* - there will be a marker on all 4 par 3's all three days. If you are close to the pin have
someone else in your foursome measure and mark it.
ONLY PLAYERS WHO ENTERED INTO THE OPTIONAL BETS* are to write their name on the markers.

*PACE OF PLAY* - PLEASE.. keep track of your group’s position on the course! You MUST keep up with the
group in front of you. Be ready to play when it is your turn, and if you fall behind be prepared to pick up your pace,
and play ready Golf.
*Let's do our best to finish in 4 1/2 hours*
